One pair of new black sandals. In my black purse! Really IN my black purse. I was looking for my fold up Whole Foods bag that I carry in my purse all the time so I don’t use a plastic bag when I shop for small items and thought maybe I left it in the black purse. I did. Along with the sandals. I guess I was cleaning up clutter from the kitchen/den and put them in the purse to carry back to the bedroom so I’d have more hands for other things? Who knows? Anyway, glad to have located them and feel only a little bit silly.
And, best of all, Jesse the Painter picked up my screen door from Home Depot and INSTALLED IT! He rocks. I emailed Husband I wanted to adopt him because he’s doing such a great job on the house, is totally cute and has great INK! Husband emailed back: Let’s do it! Alas, Jesse the Painter is possessed of both parents and a wife. I also love him because it hurts his feelings that Charlie hates him. Charlie hates everyone who doesn’t live with him at one of his two houses, but Jesse the Painter wants to win him over.
